This Credits and Attributions Notice is published by SIA “CloudPlatforms” in order to provide clear, express, and good-faith attribution for third-party creative, design, technical, and template materials that may have been used, adapted, referenced, modified, or incorporated in connection with the design, structure, layout, styling, or front-end implementation of the website available at cloudplatforms.lv.

This notice is intended to identify the relevant third-party source materials, acknowledge the original author or rights holder, state the applicable licensing basis, and clarify the scope of modification and use by SIA “CloudPlatforms”.

2. Attribution to HTML5 UP

Certain portions of the visual, structural, responsive, and/or front-end design foundation of this website may be based upon, derived from, adapted from, or inspired by the “Landed” website template originally published by HTML5 UP.

HTML5 UP is a website template project created by AJ.

Accordingly, SIA “CloudPlatforms” provides the following attribution: Design base: “Landed” by HTML5 UP. Created by AJ. Licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 License. Adapted, modified, and further developed for CloudPlatforms.lv by SIA “CloudPlatforms”.

3. License Basis

The original HTML5 UP template materials are stated by HTML5 UP to be made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 License.

On that basis, the relevant HTML5 UP materials may be used for personal and commercial purposes, may be modified, adapted, and incorporated into other works, provided that appropriate attribution is given to HTML5 UP and the original creator.

SIA “CloudPlatforms” acknowledges and respects the attribution requirement applicable to the original HTML5 UP template materials and provides this notice for the purpose of satisfying that requirement.

4. Nature of Adaptation and Modification

The implementation of this website may include modifications, adaptations, customizations, replacements, restructuring, rewriting, restyling, removal of demo content, alteration of layout elements, replacement of images, modification of color schemes, modification of typography, modification of navigation, modification of responsive behaviour, and addition of CloudPlatforms-specific content, branding, legal text, and commercial information.

Such modifications were made for the purpose of adapting the original design foundation to the branding, business positioning, content structure, and technical presentation requirements of SIA “CloudPlatforms”.

For the avoidance of doubt, the presence of attribution to HTML5 UP does not imply that HTML5 UP, AJ, or any associated person or project has reviewed, approved, endorsed, sponsored, supervised, verified, or is otherwise responsible for CloudPlatforms.lv, SIA “CloudPlatforms”, its services, its content, its legal statements, its commercial offerings, or any representations made on this website.

5. Ownership of CloudPlatforms Content

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all CloudPlatforms-specific text, branding, trade names, service descriptions, commercial materials, page content, legal notices, business information, and other original materials published on this website are the property of SIA “CloudPlatforms” or are otherwise used by SIA “CloudPlatforms” under applicable rights, permissions, or lawful basis.

No ownership rights in CloudPlatforms-specific materials are granted to any third party by reason of this Credits and Attributions Notice.

Reference to HTML5 UP, AJ, the “Landed” template, or the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 License is made solely for attribution and license compliance purposes.

Nothing in this notice shall be interpreted as creating, suggesting, or implying any partnership, agency, affiliation, endorsement, approval, certification, sponsorship, or commercial relationship between SIA “CloudPlatforms” and HTML5 UP, AJ, Creative Commons, or any related third party.
